1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or signing a contract with Themesyde, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Our Services
We provide the following services globally:
- SEO Services: On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO (customized according to the size and scope of the project).
- Website Development: Primarily on WordPress, but also on Shopify, Wix, and via custom coding as per client requirements.
- Content Writing: Content for all types of websites, including blogs, product pages, news portals, and general web content.
3. Project Timeline
- Project delivery time ranges between 7 to 14 business days depending on complexity.
- Clients will receive regular updates on the progress.
- Any delay beyond 3 working days (without justified reason or notice) from our end will make the client eligible for a partial refund (excluding non-refundable costs—see Section 6).
4. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
- The remaining 50% must be paid once 80-90% of the project is complete.
- After full payment, the remaining work will be completed and handed over.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- If Themesyde fails to deliver the promised quality or misses the deadline by more than 3 business days, the client is eligible for a refund.
- If the client cancels the project after 20% or more work is completed, no refund will be issued.
- No refunds on third-party paid tools such as:
- Premium plugins (e.g., Elementor Pro)
- Paid SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush)
- Premium themes
- Hosting & domain costs
Only the service amount (not spent on paid tools) will be refunded if eligible.
6. Revisions Policy
- Free revisions are included as per the selected service plan.
- Extra revisions beyond the free limit will be charged additionally.
- Revisions are offered after full payment is made and within a reasonable time.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
- After project completion and full payment, the client will own the final product (website, SEO work, content, etc.).
- If the client gives 4 or more reviews/feedbacks, Themesyde reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and on social media, without further permission.
8. Client Obligations
- The client must attend at least one introductory meeting before project confirmation.
- The client is required to sign/approve a contract form before work begins.
9. Confidentiality
- All private information provided by the client (e.g., business plans, login credentials, content drafts) will be treated as strictly confidential.
- Public information may be shared with potential clients as examples, unless marked as private.
10. Limitation of Liability
Themesyde does not guarantee specific results (e.g., top Google rankings) unless clearly stated in writing.
We will not be held liable for:
- Any losses due to client-side delays or interference.
- Any downtime caused by third-party hosting or plugin/tool failure.
11. Termination Policy
- Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement by providing prior written notice.
- If the client cancels after the project has substantially begun (20% or more completed), a full refund will not be issued.
- If Themesyde cancels the project, a fair partial refund will be issued (excluding non-refundable costs).
12. Changes to Terms
Themesyde reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. We’ll keep you informed by posting any updated terms right here on our website.
