At Themesyde, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services including SEO, website design, and content writing. We aim for 100% client satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is required. Our Refund Policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund.
1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
- If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the initial agreement or contract.
- If the delivery of the project is delayed by more than 3 business days beyond the committed timeline without any valid reason.
- If we are unable to start or complete the project due to internal issues.
2. Partial Work & Client Withdrawal
If the client decides to cancel the project after work has begun, the following rules apply:
- If less than 20% of work is completed, partial refund may be considered after deducting effort-based charges.
- If 20% or more of the project is completed, no refund will be issued. This includes situations where:
- The client changes their mind mid-project.
- The client claims dissatisfaction despite work being delivered as per initial agreement.
- The client has decided to discontinue the project, despite it moving forward according to the agreed plan.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstance:
- Cost of domain and hosting (if arranged by us).
- Paid tools, plugins, themes, or software used during the project (e.g., Elementor Pro, SEMrush, Paid SEO tools, etc.).
- Any third-party purchases made on behalf of the client.
4. SEO Services
Due to the nature of SEO, results can vary and are influenced by many factors outside our control. Therefore:
- We do not guarantee rankings and hence no refunds will be issued on the basis of search engine performance alone.
- Refunds are only applicable if no SEO activity was carried out at all after payment.
5. Website Design & Content Writing Services
Refunds may be processed only if:
- No design or content work has started.
- The refund request is made within 3 days of payment, and work has not commenced.
- If the client has been delivered 80% to 90% of the project and final delivery is pending, we reserve the right to collect full payment before completing the project.
6. Revision Policy
- We offer free revisions as per the selected package.
- Any additional revisions requested beyond the package limit will be charged separately.
- Revisions are not grounds for refunds unless we completely fail to deliver agreed changes.
7. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email at:

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the same payment method (PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wise).

All refund decisions are made by the Themesyde management team and are final. By signing our agreement or submitting payment, the client agrees to these refund terms.
